Imran Raza

Director

A founding Director, Imran is responsible for the overall direction of software development based on client needs.

Imran is responsible for Sales distribution agreements and business development as a whole Imran has been involved in the accountancy profession since 1985, initially with large International practices and currently as a partner in Cooper Aitken & Partners which is a 6 partner practice.

Riz Khan

Director

A founding Director, Riz is responsible for software development and design and is the original author of TimeSmart. Riz is responsible for programming and for managing the development division. Riz has Certificates in Business Computing and Computer Graphics . He is Microsoft Certified in the design and implementation of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0a, Macromedia approved in Advanced Cold Fusion programming. Prior to TimeSmart , Riz spent 8 years working for various development houses in New Zealand.

Rodney Aitken

Director

A Chartered Accountant, Rodney is a partner in Cooper Aitken & Partners Ltd, a 6 partner practice in Morrinsville. He currently serves as a Councilor for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 1996 Rodney was made a fellow of the Institute of Accountants of New Zealand for his services to the accounting profession. Rodney’s wealth of knowledge is a major asset to the board of Timesmart.

Gavin Haddon

Director

As a partner in Cooper Aitken & Partners Ltd, Gavin is at the forefront of changing the perception of an accountant from a bean counter who sits in the back seat watching where you have been to an innovator who sits in the front sharing the navigating with the business owner. Gavin brings strong drive and direction to the governance structure of Timesmart.
